HOW WE DO IT
We use low pressure steam to safely remove ice from roofs and walkways. Our steamers heat to 300 degrees. Steam is forced through a delivery hose and wand where it is focused into a thin, low pressure column used to cut through ice. The most efficient way to steam ice off a roof is to cut it into chunks, rather than melting the ice bit by bit (many companies do this.) We first remove the ice dam, then begin the steps to prevent them. We pride ourselves on efficiency to protect your biggest asset.
WHY WE DO IT
Protecting your home from ice dams can prolong the life of your roof and prevent water penetration inside your homes. Many Vacation Owners will come home to water intrusion or flooding from ice dams penetrating their roof and causing massive damage. Year-round owners can experience dangerous walkways, icicles, and significant roof damage if they choose to delay remediation.
Our aim is to prevent disaster before it occurs.
